Hi, I’m Alicia Loftin, and I’m passionate about helping people navigate one of life’s biggest milestones—buying, selling, or leasing property. I work with first-time buyers, downsizers, renters, landlords, military families, and even clients looking to buy or sell land in Rosenberg, TX and the Fort Bend area. I bring both experience and education to the table, holding designations as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE). I’m also certified as a Texas Affordable Housing Specialist (TAHS), Texas Affordable Lending Specialist (TALS), Certified Express Lending Agent (CELA), Military and Veteran Housing Certification (MVHC), and Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals (VAREP) member.
